Kimmelin Hull, Founder and Instructor


Kimmelin Hull, a mother of three, Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator (LCCE), certified Physician's Assistant (PA-C), American Red Cross First Aid/CPR instructor, and author of the memoir, A Dozen Invisible Pieces and Other Confessions of Motherhood, uses her practical experience and formal educational training to design classes for young families that are practical, informational and approachable.

She employs a moderate approach to her teaching with the goal of telling "all sides of the story" about pregnancy, labor and delivery and the postpartum period.

"I want to help young parents and their families experience a whole new sense of excitement and anticipation as they approach life with a baby.  Childbirth preparation classes do not have to consist of two-hour lecture sessions during which couples are force-fed information that is overwhelming to begin with.  My goal is for Pregnancy to Parenthood to revolutionize the field of childbirth education by providing fun, interactive classes that my clients look forward to attending.  I hope to continue to support these women and men during their journey through pregnancy and beyond with classes that prepare them for all aspects of this new chapter in life called parenthood.  Most of all, I want my students to feel empowered about their childbirth experiences."
