Childbirth Preparation Classes - Express Weekday Series Is your due date quickly approaching? Pregnancy to Parenthood's Lamaze-based Express Weekday Class Series offers a condensed version of our Evening Weekday Class Series, and is designed for those for whom time is of the essence.  Topics covered include:

Common conditions and comfort measures for pregnancy Preparation for labor Stages of labor and delivery Various relaxation techniques to be used before, during and after labor Medical and non-medical pain relief options and other interventions Specific roles and involvement of coaches / labor support What to expect upon arriving at the hospital

Our Express Weekday Class Series costs $145 per couple.

Classes run from 7:15PM - 9:30PM each Tuesday and Thursday for four weeks.

Our Baby Care Essentials class is designed to build your skills and improve your confidence level for after your baby's arrival.  This not-to-miss class is the last session of both the Weekday, and the Express Weekday Childbirth Preparation class series, as noted on the class schedule.

All classes are taught in an informal, open discussion style with plenty of opportunity for group interaction.  Carefully designed learning activities will get you out of your chair and allow you to apply information presented in class in a fun and interactive manner.  While all activities incorporated into our classes are optional, we're sure you'll leave class with an enlivened sense of confidence and excitement for the birth experience that awaits you!
